Remember how it felt.
Creativity has always been part of my story. I grew up surrounded by it—my dad spent his career in interior design, and my grandmother, Rose, was a painter, sculptor, wedding cake designer, and one of the most creatively organized people I’ve ever known.
She passed away when I was young, but I remember following her into the basement to see whatever she was creating. When it came time to name my business, using Rose felt like a way of carrying a little piece of that creative legacy with me.

After nearly two decades behind the camera, I still love the beautiful portraits, but it’s the people, the energy, the laughter, and the moments no one could have planned that keep me inspired.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m usually spending time with my family, planning my next trip, finding somewhere good to eat, or hanging out with Coconut—who is fairly convinced she should be included in everything.
I love beautiful places and new experiences, but I’m just as happy with the ordinary moments at home. That balance is probably part of why I’m so drawn to photographing life the way it actually feels.
